What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consultative support to store personnel and customers regarding products and services
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and written correspondence professionally and promptly
- Document customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Handle and resolve escalated customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain established service levels and provide exceptional customer service experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Previous experience working within a CRM system strongly preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
