What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life care and quality-of-life care for pets
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote setting
- Gather and accurately document pet medical information while scheduling appointments
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- Prior experience in a work-from-home environment
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with minimal peer interactions
- Strong manual dexterity for computer and keyboard use
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
