- Respond to incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is a plus
- Well-developed problem analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously while paying attention to detail
