      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Place and receive calls to/from patients to collect payments for medical expenses
      - Collect and document demographic, insurance, and relevant information from patients
      - Engage in active listening to address patient concerns and provide solutions
      - Educate patients on healthcare revenue cycles and repayment programs
      - Adhere to industry laws and regulations while maintaining confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED (Completed or Actively Enrolled)
      - Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service capacity
      - Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience contributing to a team culture of learning and growth
      - Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience speaking Spanish fluently in a professional setting
      - Proficient in typing 35 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic understanding of contact center processes and techniques
      - Exposure to the collections industry, healthcare revenue cycle, and medical insurance processes
      - Bilingual in English/Spanish with knowledge of business terminology
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Proficient in managing a multi-line phone system
