What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 70-90 calls per day
- Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries, complaints, or issues from callers
- Provide accurate information and solutions while ensuring callers feel supported
- Utilize software and tools effectively to track and manage customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies and strive to meet call center performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, or 0-1 year of call center experience
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and customer service principles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software, along with strong typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment or proficiency in a foreign language
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated active listening skills and conflict resolution capabilities
- Additional certifications relevant to customer service or healthcare
