      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
      - Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients
      - Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls while meeting performance goals
      - Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting, confirming client information
      - Accurately log all activity and information in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - 1+ year of call center experience required
      - Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
      - Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
      - Excellent phone and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Energetic personality with a positive attitude
      - Task-oriented and driven to meet and exceed goals
