What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
- Communicate the value of company products and services effectively
- Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet performance goals
- Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting and log information in CRM
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment preferred
- Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
- Excellent communication and phone skills with a positive attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and task-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed goals
