What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
- Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients
- Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls while meeting performance goals
- Follow the sales process for appointment setting, confirming accurate client information
- Log all activity and information accurately in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a multi-product sales environment
- Familiarity with Lead Perfection CRM is a plus
- Energetic personality with a positive attitude
- Task-oriented and driven to meet and exceed goals
