What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team
- Communicate the value of company products and services to educate prospective clients
- Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet performance goals for appointment conversion
- Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting, ensuring accurate client information
- Accurately log all activity and information in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Background in home improvement inside sales strongly desired
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a multi-product sales environment
- Experience with Lead Perfection CRM
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Task-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed goals
