What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
- Triage inbound calls for multiple healthcare facilities
- Manage and maintain daily provider schedules for each facility
- Relay daily schedule changes and process updates to staff and management
- Accurately document and enter inbound/outbound calls into the appropriate database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Approximately one year of office experience in a medical setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle stress and conflict well while working with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or healthcare-related role
