What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services

- Communicate new website features and promotions to customers
- Provide online chat support and respond to email inquiries via Salesforce
- Flag suspected fraudulent activity and escalate issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
- General knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Basic understanding of company products and services
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce and AS400 software applications
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
