- Create and maintain call center dashboards and call center reporting platforms.
- Analyze and extract data from multiple databases using SQL or DAX.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on trends and performance data.
- Act as a subject matter expert and systems administrator for reporting software, including user training.
- Ensure consistent data definitions and standards across reports and dashboards.
- Support operational decision-making with trend and performance analysis.
- Maintain compliance with internal SOP's and external regulations.
- Must be able to present and review data with senior leadership.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Call Center Reporting Analyst to join our team. This remote role is ideal for a senior data-savvy professional with a passion for transforming information into insights that drive decision-making and improving operations in a customer call center environment.
Remote Role open to anyone inside the United States except the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
What To Expect:
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Typically 6am - 2:30 pm PST, 8am - 4:30 pm during training)
Salary Range: $ 72,591.00 - 95,825.64 Salary Grade 120
Note: Range Dependent upon Experience and Geographic Salary Range - Range Shown is National Office - Based out of Scottsdale, Arizona
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll work under minimal supervision to design, maintain and administer databases and dashboards, analyzing statistical and operational data to inform business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to understand reporting needs, deliver accurate insights, and support process improvements.
