- Provide consistent, quality customer service to internal staff and external patients
- Manage incoming calls effectively, scheduling appointments and addressing patient inquiries
- Ensure proficient data entry and knowledge of insurance billing while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with the clinical team by electronically transmitting messages
- Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's Degree
- Experience in a Call Center or other busy phone system
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal communication
- Proven ability to multitask
