      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of incoming calls and generate sales leads
      - Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
      - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through effective communication
      - Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follow-ups
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service abilities with a track record of over-achieving quotas
      - Strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
      - High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
      - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
      - Strong analytical skills and data entry proficiency
