      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Compassionately guide emotionally charged conversations regarding in-home euthanasia, hospice care, and quality-of-life concerns
      - Provide exceptional customer service through empathetic interactions with pet families
      - Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a remote environment
      - Accurately collect and document pet, family, and medical information
      - Collaborate with veterinarians and leadership to ensure seamless support for families

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in high-volume call centers or customer service roles (e.g., Funeral Assistant, Veterinary Technician, Hospice)
      - Reliable wired Ethernet internet connection required; satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported
      - Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms, including Google Workspace and scheduling systems
      - Dependable and punctual, expected to be present for every scheduled shift and meeting
      - Ability to attend and complete a mandatory 2-week training program at the start of employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in funeral, veterinary, or hospice environments strongly preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a growing organization
      - Comfortable working independently with minimal peer interaction
