      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and manage daily operations of the call center staff, including performance reviews
      - Ensure all calls are handled professionally and promptly according to company standards
      - Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff while developing training materials
      - Monitor calls for quality assurance and provide feedback to improve performance
      - Create and deliver reports and presentations for program leadership and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess exceptional supervisory and leadership skills
      - Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend appropriate actions
      - Experience in managing customer service operations in a call center environment
      - Proficiency in various technology platforms, including Zoom, MS Office Suite, Salesforce Lightning, and Google Suite
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
