      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct 6-week training sessions for new contact center support agents
      - Develop, update, and maintain training materials to meet program objectives
      - Deliver engaging training sessions that equip agents with necessary skills
      - Monitor and assess trainee progress, providing feedback and support
      - Collaborate with team leads to identify training needs and performance gaps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in a contact center environment
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to create and adapt training materials for diverse learning needs
      - Proficiency in using training tools and contact center software
      - Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous training experience in a contact center setting
      - Supervisory experience
      - A degree or certification in a related field
      - Spanish-speaking skills
