      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed
      - Solve client problems, update account history, and follow up to confirm resolution
      - Adhere to client service level agreements (SLAs) and consistently meet production targets
      - Collaborate with team members and management to resolve client inquiries and cross-train new resources
      - Review and recommend changes to procedures and workflow for more efficient client inquiry processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
      - Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve inquiries
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional responses to inquiries
      - Ability to identify stakeholders and understand team roles to resolve client inquiries

      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
