What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
- Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
- Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions
- Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots
- Participate in weekly team meetings to stay connected and collaborate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work occasional overtime
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
