      Goodreads is seeking a Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing team. We support multiple lines of our global business, and provide timely and effective service for our clients and customers. We are detail-oriented and move at a fast pace. We have a strong process improvement focus, and this is a great opportunity to take on a role that encourages the streamlining and optimization of daily procedures.

      Key job responsibilities
      1. Own end-to-end campaign management including setup, execution, optimization, and reporting
      2. Own order entry processes
      3. Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and delivery metrics
      4. Create and communicate comprehensive campaign reports to stakeholders
      5. Conduct regular quality assessments
      6. Perform necessary administrative tasks to ensure smooth platform operations
      7. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage priorities and deliverables
      8. Support special initiatives such as Giveaways and Choice Awards campaigns
      9. Contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements
      10. Document process learnings, developing standard operating procedures and creating scalable processes for broader implementation
      11. Serve as primary RevOps representative in cross-functional meetings, acting as key liaison between RevOps and Account Management teams
      12. Validate and ensure creative assets meet technical and quality specifications across all platforms
      13. Manage creative communications and submission processes- 3+ years proven experience working with authors, book retailing and/or publishing industry
      - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Quicksight) and MS Office suite, demonstrated in resume
      - Proven track record of analyzing data and implementing best practices to assess performance drivers
      - Excellence in written and oral communication, with ability to adapt style to different audiences (English fluency required)
      - Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and escalate technical issues
      - Proven experience managing shifting priorities and adapting project plans while maintaining high-quality deliverables- Strong working knowledge of the Goodreads platform, including features, community guidelines, and user interface
      - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and tools, with strong technical aptitude
      - Self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
      - Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
      - Strong decision-making abilities, including appropriate escalation and stakeholder management
      - Experience in process improvement and team training initiatives
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
