      The Campus Executive Assistant supports the central hub of the campus. It has clear functions but also engages in fluidity. This role provides administrative support to the Campus Pastor and Associate Campus Pastor and has full knowledge of all administrative and clerical procedures of Gateway Church. This position will require active participation in planning, organizing and managing campus all staff meetings, trainings and staff fun days.

      • Provide Administrative Support to Campus Pastor
      • All duties pertaining to a Campus Executive Assistant
      • Maintain Campus Pastor Calendar
      • Receive phone calls for Campus Pastor
      • Manage email correspondence for Campus Pastor
      • Manage Concur Expense Reports for Campus Pastor
      • Submit Invoices & Check Requests in Intacct for Campus Pastor
      • Maintain a healthy relationship and check in with the Campus Operations Director on all things pertaining to the operations of the campus
      • Coordinate and Oversee Campus Staff Activities
      • Schedule Venues
      • Coordinate Meal Plans
      • Coordinate and Manage All Staff Trainings
      • Order Necessary Curriculum & Supplies
      • Coordinate, Manage and be Point of Contact for All Church Presbytery at Campus
      • Coordinate, Manage and be Point of Contact for First Conference at Campus
      • Scheduling for Ministry Team
      • Ensure Proper Pastoral Coverage for campus events at all times
      • Schedule and Manage Weekend Rotation through Planning Center Software
      • Update and Manage All Staff Org Chart
      • Manage and be Point of Contact for All Staff Communication
      • Coordinate, Manage and Oversee Campus Social Media
      • Extra duties as assigned
