      Job Description

      Cintas is seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Manager to lead regional campus engagement and early talent hiring initiatives. Responsibilities include sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for our Management Trainee and Intern programs through talent recruitment software and direct recruiting activities within assigned target schools. This position requires strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with Cintas field and executive leaders and key contacts on university/college campuses.

      Skills/Qualifications

      Required

      • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      • 3 years' experience in Recruiting and Talent Management
      • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

      Preferred

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • Strong organization and multitasking skills
      • Proven track record of success in exceeding business goals
      • Willingness to learn internal and external recruiting tools
