What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Talent Advisor, guiding recruitment strategy and talent decisions
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized and executive-level roles
- Design and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies using market data
- Advise business leaders on market insights and talent availability
- Manage recruitment metrics and promote the employer brand through digital platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience
- Proven success in supporting executive-level hiring and direct engagement with business leaders
- Experience managing a complex recruiting portfolio across multiple business lines
- Strong relationship management skills with senior executives
- High business acumen and organizational savvy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Background in banking or financial services
- Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)
- Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Knowledge of diversity strategy implementation
