      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and deliver joint customer success plans to enhance client relationships and drive business alignment
      - Act as a Trusted Advisor to customer Executive Leadership and internal account teams
      - Utilize customer success methodologies to anticipate and address customer challenges
      - Provide strategies for customer health monitoring and churn mitigation
      - Serve as a point of escalation to manage customer expectations and develop save plans for at-risk accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Passion for the future of work and commitment to impacting acute and long-term post-acute care markets
      - Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company
      - Background in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management with a focus on Enterprise customers
      - Proven track record of sustaining and growing client relationships
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce and/or Gainsight)

      - Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proactive approach in fast-paced environments
      - Strong written and oral communication and presentation abilities
      - Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpretation and translation of results
