      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build strong relationships with the General Contracting community to drive sales
      - Communicate the value of the employer's skilled labor force, including Engineering & Design and Project Management
      - Attend industry trade shows to network and develop a robust sales funnel
      - Develop estimates and proposals in alignment with the company's Delegation of Authority (DOA)
      - Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software effectively to manage a multi-stage sales funnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales
      - Strong technical and mechanical knowledge related to industrial refrigeration
      - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software applications
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Education in HVAC/R or Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus
      - Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients
      - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
