      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage assigned opportunities through the employer's growth process
      - Develop and own capture plans and strategies, coordinating with Portfolio Leads
      - Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring effective communication
      - Conduct competitive analysis and price-to-win analysis
      - Lead the development of RFIs and Sources Sought Responses as directed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; or 8 years with a Master's; or 14 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
      - 5+ years of federal/defense proposal and capture development experience
      - Strong technical writing skills and ability to understand federal/defense solicitation documentation
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word

      - Experience in account management activities
      - Strong proofreading, editing, and document formatting skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment
