What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Train surgical and operating room staff on the use of company devices through didactic and hands-on methods
- Guide and support physicians during live surgical procedures utilizing company technology
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and professional education teams for strategy planning
- Conduct in-person meetings with surgeons and support staff to discuss technology and training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
- Experience in an Operating Room, Electrophysiology Lab, or Catheterization lab preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Ability to travel 30-40%, depending on territory
- Must pass account and hospital credentialing processes
