      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage provider schedules and ensure appointments are filled efficiently
      - Conduct outreach for scheduling, appointment confirmations, and wellness checks for high-risk members
      - Handle a daily inbound/outbound call quota of 60 - 80 calls
      - Obtain and upload medical records to electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Assist the nurse practitioner team with visit preparations and member documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience entering referrals and prior authorizations in a healthcare setting
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Knowledge of ICD9 and CPT codes, as well as managed care plans

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of healthcare experience preferred
      - Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution preferred
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
      - Medical Terminology Certificate preferred
      - Medical Assistant Certification preferred
