What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide career coaching services telephonically, in-person, and virtually
- Educate military spouses on career resources and opportunities
- Serve as the primary government source of assistance for military spouses
- Create and update educational materials
- Utilize government systems to document coaching sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Career Counseling, or related field with 4+ years of professional experience
- Active certification in Certified Career Counselor (CCC), Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), or National Certified Counselor (NCC)
- 3 years of experience in training development and delivery
- 2 years of experience supervising or overseeing social services or education programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBTI and/or Strong Interest Inventory certification
- Experience working in a contact center or service operations environment
- Former Military, Military Spouse, Veteran, or Wounded Warrior
- Experience working with diverse adult populations in a career coaching capacity
- Ability to build rapport with individuals in a remote/virtual setting
