      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather all required Previous Facility Documentation for child’s YFT file
      - Conduct calls, interviews, and in-person visits with clients in Spanish or other languages as needed
      - Provide recommendations for reunifying children with potential sponsors
      - Complete Individualized Needs Assessment and risk assessments for all clients
      - Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate placement services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in social work or another relevant field of study; or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of clinical experience
      - Licensed or license eligible
      - Minimum of one year of experience working with vulnerable populations
      - Fluency in Spanish and English required
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior knowledge of immigrant community local resources
      - Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
      - Valid U.S. driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
      - Current and maintained annual TB tests/screenings
