What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile and analyze cash processing information to develop policies and procedures
- Monitor EFT transactions and bank statements, preparing vendor information for Cash Supervisors
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliation
- Identify trends and developments in a competitive environment and present findings to senior management
- Assist with the coordination of various projects related to cash processing finance and accounting functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of financial experience required; healthcare experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statement preparation and data interpretation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with experience in General Ledger Systems and analytical tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

- Experience in Patient Financial Services
- Knowledge of healthcare accounting and systems
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Experience in translating analyses for senior management decision-making
