      Job Description

      Serves as primary contact to guests and owners upon arrival in outlet and on phone. Specifically responsible for the following detailed duties.

      As Waterpark Cashier, you will:

      • Balance daily receipts, including but not limited to: cash, vouchers, credit cards and In-house charges
      • Cash out checks
      • Accept approved forms of payment adhering to accounting standard (with full and complete accountability) up to and including but not limited to : cash, credit cards, vouchers and in-house charges
      • Follow and complies with all departmental cash/check handling procedures
      • Greet all guests that arrive within visible area
      • Apply suggestive selling techniques to provide helpful guest service and maximize sales
      • Record information pertaining to services rendered
      • Maintain cash drawer/bank accountability per company policies
      • Conform to discount/complimentary guest check procedures
      • Responsible for providing Excellent Service to owners and guests alike
      • Respond to guest inquiries, complaints in a professional and urgent manner
      • Maintain required department records with accuracy
      • Complete opening/running/closing duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
      • Follow instructions without close supervision
      • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
      • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
