What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome customers, answer their questions, and help them locate items
- Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronic devices
- Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales
- Process refunds and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow store procedures regarding specific item purchases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or cashier experience
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills
- Basic math and computer skills

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a helpful approach to resolving complaints
