      We are targeting an experienced Casting Manager to handle difficult shows and clients without supervision. This position is salaried & considered a management position. In addition to casting responsibilities this position will carry managerial responsibilities & will have a direct impact setting the standards of casting in the office.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Accurately & creatively cast most difficult shows as assigned meeting the needs of the clients
      • Building strong relationships with clients & elicit key information via telephone & regular set visits
      • Establish a base of repeat client business determined by client requests
      • Ability to answer / solve client questions
      • Build strong relationships with Casting Partners working together toward client success
      • Participate in the hiring, training, and mentoring of employees.
      • New business account set-ups
      • Attend production meetings & set visits
      • Perform on call & visiting duties as assigned
      • Complete Deal Memos/Work Orders & participate in New Business Account Set Ups
      • Accurately report attendance and/or behavioral or client service issues
      • Participate in management training
      • Help set guidelines and office standards
      • Maintain cell phone/phone accessibility with clients & teammates
      • Other projects as assigned

      JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

      • Bachelor’s Degree required.
      • Managerial experience required & casting experience preferred
      • Team building and employee training and motivating skills
      • Excellent Client service / people skills- ability to work with many different personalities
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Strong client relationships
      • Self-starter with a positive attitude
