What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Add or update vendor pricing and availability for high-volume and high-impact SKUs
- Map product substitutes and suggest viable alternatives
- Execute catalog enhancements to reduce customer friction and improve fulfillment rates
- Partner with the Data team to QA product enrichment initiatives
- Identify optimization opportunities that improve customer savings or employer revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, merchandising, operations, or e-commerce preferred
- Strong written communication skills and follow-through
- Detail-oriented executor with a knack for spotting inconsistencies in data
- Comfort navigating e-commerce sites and vendor portals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and comfort learning new tools
- New York-based candidates strongly preferred
