      The Opportunity

      HealthShare NSW is seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee our Food Production Unit at Royal Prince Alfred, ensuring seamless operations, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering high-quality services, with an added focus on project works.

      In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to staff, monitor performance indicators to optimize processes, manage production schedules and supplies, assess, and enhance product quality, implement food safety plans, actively participate in project works for innovation and service delivery enhancements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
