      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new and repeat catering sales to contribute to the organization's financial success
      - Lead all strategic and tactical catering matters, including delivery, staffing, clean up, and follow-up of all catering orders/events
      - Cultivate strong relationships with Thrive's Operations teams
      - Develop and build a team of market-based, in-restaurant catering leads
      - Communicate with guests in a timely and helpful manner to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of internal/external sales/business-to-business experience with proven ability to drive revenue
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building relationships
      - Experience partnering with teams in cross-functional settings
      - Self-motivated and task-oriented with the ability to work independently
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to travel and a valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, Excel, and CRM management systems
