      JOB SUMMARY

      KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a specialized Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) Sales Manager to join our team. The CCE Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the KIOTI Equipment line through our dedicated dealer organization. This position covers the East US Region (FL, GA, SC, AL, MS, TN, NC, VA, KY, IN, IL, OH, MI, PA, MD, NJ, DE, WV, NY, VT, MA, RI, CT, NH, ME).

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

      • Promote and support the sale of KIOTI Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) within the designated territory.
      • Understand and promote the product features, benefits, programs, and different profit centers associated with the Construction Business.
      • Work with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to manage the dealer network in assigned region by promoting growth with existing CCE dealers, securing new CCE dealers, and analyzing poor performing dealers to improve the overall Dealer Network.
      • Reach annual CCE wholesale and retail projected performance goals as well as complete monthly and yearly sales forecasts by designated market or dealership for CCE equipment.
      • Provide input on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales programs for CCE equipment to increase market presence.
      • Build and maintain strong customer relationships on a dealer and end-user/customer level.
      • Ensure dealer inventory accuracy and perform physical inventories as required.
      • Operate and demonstrate CCE to train dealers as well as end-users/customers.
      • Manage budget and submit weekly expense reports to Regional Sales Managers, including weekly field trip reports.
      • Gather and report competitive information and programs to KIOTI management.
      • Maintain a foundational understanding of company financing and lease options for CCE.
      • Assist with national and regional trade shows as required.
      • Other reports upon management request

      EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

      • High school diploma required
      • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
      • 3+ years of experience in a similar industry
      • Must be willing to travel up to 90%
      • 0-3 years of related database administration experience
      • Knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite
      • Experience utilizing CRM tools, Salesforce experience preferred
