What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
- Execute a basket selling approach to become the primary supplier within product categories
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers in key customers
- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM and manage expense reports in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
- Must reside within the territory (Colorado, Utah, Montana, or Wyoming)
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong technical ability and knowledge of customer-focused sales
- Competency in product categories to identify leads and create cross-selling opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Expert-level product and application knowledge within relevant categories
- Willingness to travel overnight 60-75% of the time, primarily by car
