      Mission Pharmacal Company is a 78-year old, privately-owned developer, manufacturer and distributor of prescription pharmaceutical medicines and non-prescription over-the-counter pharmaceutical products for Mission and its contract development and manufacturing (“CDMO”) customers. Mission is seeking a CDMO Business Development Representative (“BDR”), who is an experienced sales professional with at least five (5) years of experience in a CDMO business development environment in the pharmaceutical industry. The BDR will be primarily responsible for identifying and qualifying potential new CDMO business leads through prospecting, calling, emailing, networking and other activities that generate qualified opportunities for potential CDMO work for Mission. The BDR will also travel to and attend trade shows with Mission’s CDMO team. The BDR will report to the President and Chief Financial Officer of Mission, and the BDR will regularly meet and work with the Mission CDMO team. The compensation structure for the BDR will be dependent on the BDR’s experience and contacts in the pharmaceutical industry for potential CDMO business for Mission.
