      We are looking for a self-motivated leader with a passion for leading in a dynamic, innovative, and a highly collaborative work environment to head the Cebu Site of Dexcom Philippines. This leader is responsible for the overall governance and heath of the Cebu site and has oversight on functions that support both Manila and Cebu sites – Facilities, EHS and Administration.

      Where you come in:

      • Collaborate with the Country Head to provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the site’s alignment with overall country and company objectives.

      • Partner with Cebu business leaders to drive overall employee engagement

      • Promote and foster a positive and safe work environment by working with Cebu leaders and employees

      • Act as a key point of contact for the Cebu site and work with country leaders to resolve site challenges and issues

      • Ensure adherence of Cebu site to all relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies

      • Provide governance on the Country Administration, Environment Health and Safety and Facilities teams for Dexcom Philippines

      What makes you successful:

      • You have successful experience as a Site Lead preferably in a shared services and matrix organization.

      • You have proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams

      • You can communicate and influence effectively across all levels of the organization.

      • You can navigate through ambiguity and effectively manage change and transformation.

      • You have demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.

      • You possess excellent project and people management skills
