What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and designers to promote ceilings products
- Collaborate with local sales representatives and contractors to influence customer decisions and close projects
- Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce.com to track leads and identify opportunities
- Provide technical support and answer inquiries related to ceilings products
- Conduct training sessions for architects and designers on new and specialty ceilings products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum two years of sales experience in the building industry or a related field
- Deep understanding of the commercial building process and its key players
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with Salesforce.com; knowledge of CAD, REVIT, or Sketch Up is a plus

- Advanced education beyond a Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Dimensions of Professional Selling Skills and Directions communication tools
- Established relationships within the specification community
- Proven networking skills and ability to present effectively to the A&D community
- Experience in customer service and interactive presentation skills
