      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and sell ceilings products to the specification community, driving awareness and preference for the employer's offerings
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and decision-makers within the assigned territory
      - Utilize Salesforce.com to track jobs, identify leads, and communicate opportunities for incremental sales
      - Provide technical support and answer inquiries related to ceilings products, including testing and performance
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the building industry or a related field, with technical expertise
      - Thorough understanding of the commercial building process and relationships within the specification community
      - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce.com; knowledge of CAD, REVIT, and other related software is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing relationships within the architectural, institutional, school board, and government sectors
      - Advanced education beyond a bachelor's degree
      - Experience presenting effectively to the architecture and design community
      - Proven networking skills and ability to identify key decision-makers
      - Strong client and customer service skills
