What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete routine bank operational functions accurately and on time, following established procedures
- Process exception items, ACH transactions, and manage incoming and outgoing wires
- Conduct customer research, account reconciliation, and handle card disputes
- Provide day-to-day support to central operations staff and assist in onboarding new employees
- Ensure adherence to all bank policies and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services with a focus on central operations support
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of interpreting complex data
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Digital Banking, ACH Origination, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications strongly preferred for senior-level roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to take on special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
