      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Central Sales leaders in delivering sales services for a portfolio of participating hotels
      - Manage group contract preparation, rooming list management, and guest billing
      - Utilize sales tools such as Envision, Reserve, Opera, and Cvent to complete various tasks
      - Prepare sales reports and assist in transient rate loading
      - Train and monitor the use of Envision among team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Proficiency in general computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite
      - Outgoing personality and proven self-starter attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Familiarity with sales systems specific to the hospitality industry
      - Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
