      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate verification, scheduling, pre-registration, and authorization for medical services
      - Manage appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and monitor for cancellations and rescheduling
      - Obtain and verify demographic, clinical, and financial information for patient appointments
      - Communicate visit-specific preparatory instructions to patients and assist with lab orders
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries and directing complaints as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate and/or GED equivalent
      - Associate's degree in Business Administration or two (2) years of relevant experience in a medical setting
      - Knowledge of registration, scheduling, authorization, and referral processes
      - Proficient in business office information systems and software, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle applications: Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Single Business Office, Cadence, or Grand Central
