      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, cancel, and reschedule outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics
      - Obtain and verify patient guarantor information to ensure accurate records
      - Collect necessary information from patients/customers for appointment scheduling and registration
      - Communicate scheduling modifications and notify personnel of changes due to cancellations
      - Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - State criminal background check and Federal check (if applicable) as required for regulated areas
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to sit for extended periods of time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or familiarity with scheduling processes
      - Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare regulations
