What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate daily staffing needs with designated facilities, including Nurse Managers and Supervisors
- Communicate progress and fill outstanding staffing needs with facilities
- Confirm staffing schedules timely and accurately, ensuring communication with personnel and agencies if changes occur
- Serve as a liaison between local offices, staff, vendors, and facilities to maintain minimum staffing requirements
- Participate in daily Division Staffing meetings to discuss forecasting and confirmations of staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate College Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience; staffing experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in staffing coordination or related field
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing or managed services
- Commitment to customer service excellence
