What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate daily staffing needs with designated facilities, including Nurse Managers and Nursing Supervisors
- Communicate with facilities to track progress on filling staffing needs
- Obtain necessary approvals for overtime and document appropriately
- Ensure timely confirmation of shifts, addressing cancellations and alternative staffing solutions
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and serve as a liaison between local offices and facilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate College Degree preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience required; staffing experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in office productivity software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in staffing or healthcare environments
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with software programs used in staffing and scheduling
