What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
- Prepare customized POS test scripts and generate test results throughout the execution process
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
- Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before system deployment
- Analyze situations that may lead to future operational issues and make recommendations accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma and relevant post-secondary education or experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French/English) is required
- Excellent communication and writing skills for clear reporting and specification delivery
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints while adhering to company policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Tandem and Base-24 is an asset
- Familiarity with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) and Interac operational rules is beneficial
